Parents want teachers who can remember their child's name, understand their child's strengths and weaknesses & contribute to the development of their child. There is especially so in today's homes where parents need to share the responsibility of educating their child with the teachers and the school. And so what we have done is to ensure that all teachers at our school regard each child as an individual. To assess our teachers in their dealing with the children, the school provides a strong and supportive platform of training & guidance to achieve this. We are also successful in showing the clear picture of students to their parents. In addition with a strong school administration, our teachers focus on their primary respon-sibility, which is to teach.
