With the efforts of Late. Sh. Panna Lal Ji & Late Sh. Subhash Mittal, the school was established in the year 1984. The school is spread over 3 acres of land. The school has its own impressive building. It is situated in a spacious and pollution free area of the town. The school is affiliated to CBSE Delhi upto senior secondary level. The school is under the direct control and management of DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi. It is an execution body of the DAV Trust and Management Society and conducts the day to day affairs of the society. It controls the administration and finance of all the institutions. The committee is the nerve centre of the whole DAV organization and responsible for formulating the policies, plans and procedures to shape the destiny of the DAV network. More than 700 institutions are run by this management. The DAV College Managing Committee is presently headed by Sh. Punam Suri Ji, an eminent educationist & well-known media personality. Under the able guidance of Mrs. J. Kackria, Director, Public Schools, co-operation of Sh. Puneet Mittal, Chairman of the school, good management of Sh. Kamdev Jha Manager of school, competitive ideology of Mrs. Suman Nijhawan Regional Director, LMC members Sh. Vinod Goel, Sh. Shyam Lal Bansal, Sh. Haridev Kansal and Sh.
